Thank you for placing your order with us.

Please be aware that when customers provide their own garments or items for printing, there is a 0–5% chance that the product may be damaged during the production process. This is due to the nature of the machinery and the fact that we are working with materials we have not sourced ourselves and therefore cannot guarantee their suitability.

Additionally, please note that colours may appear slightly different in print compared to how they appear on your screen. This is because screens use RGB (Red, Green, Blue) for bright, digital display, while printing uses CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) inks for physical printing. As a result, some shades may look less vibrant or slightly altered in the final printed product.

As a result, we cannot accept responsibility for any damage caused during production. However, should this occur, we will ask you to supply a replacement item, and we will reprint it free of charge as a goodwill gesture.
