Important Information

Customer-Supplied Items

While we take every possible care when handling your items, all printing and embroidery involves the use of commercial production equipment.

In rare cases, unexpected issues can occur during production. Examples may include:

• Fabric damage
• Print defects
• Embroidery faults
• Manufacturing flaws within the garment becoming visible during production

If an item is damaged during the production process, we may ask you to provide a replacement garment so the work can be completed. As the items have not been supplied by us, we cannot accept liability for the replacement cost of customer-supplied products.

The likelihood of this happening is very low (typically less than 2%), but we believe it is important to be transparent and ensure our customers understand the risks involved.

Colour Matching

Colour matching is one of the biggest challenges in the printing and embroidery industry.

We always aim to match colours as closely as possible. However, exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed because colours may appear different depending on:

• Fabric type
• Garment colour
• Printing method
• Embroidery thread availability
• Screen settings and monitors
• Lighting conditions

A colour viewed on a screen may look different when printed or embroidered onto a garment. Likewise, colours printed using different methods may not match exactly.

For customers with specific brand requirements, we recommend discussing colour expectations with us before production begins.
